THE FCBID’S INFORMATION SERVICES DEPARTMENT PROVIDES business and neighborhood information and promotes FCBID businesses using the award-winning Information Kiosk, a stateof- the-art website, an extensive database, a 24 hour touchscreen information display and various business-to-business publications. To date, more than 150,000 people from around the world have received assistance through the Information Kiosk while countless others have used these other tools.

The FCBID has developed a colorful, state-of-the-art, interactive video display for the Information Kiosk to promote the district and its businesses. Using new touch screen technology, this display expands the FCBID’s Information Services capabilities by allowing the public to access information about the Fashion District and the FCBID 24 hours a day, using a window touch screen.

The FCBID published an updated version of The MAP, a popular guide to dining, retail, transportation and other amenities in the Fashion District. Copies are available free of charge at the Information Kiosk on Seventh Avenue at 39th Street, at the FCBID Office at 249 West 39th Street, or by calling 212-764-9600.
