inserts about the FCBID and the Fashion District.

FCBID hosts a breakfast to kick-off Fashion Week and launch
its Fashion Coloring Book, which includes original sketches by
prominent designers.
The Coloring Book garners national press and quickly sells out.
Proceeds bebefit the Children's Aid Society.
Crime has declined by 25%
since the FCBID public safety
officers hit the streets in 1994.
