to the intervention of the FCBID’s homeless outreach
worker and a good Samaritan in the district.

declares the Information Kiosk to be New York's Best Outdoor
Pop Sculpture.
DECEMBER 31, 1999
FCBID celebrates the Millennium by
projecting a tenant fashion video montage for the Times Square
crowd to view.
Crime has been
cut in half since the FCBID was formed.
Sanitation's
record to date: 2,279 tons of litter collected.
