Do you have a roll-down security gate?
Any security gates installed or replaced after July 1, 2011 MUST be of the see-through grille style, allowing at least 70% visibility. AND by June 30, 2026, ALL gates must be brought into compliance.
See-through security grilles make it safer for first responders to assess
the situation in the event of an emergency, but equally as important,
see-through security grilles make neighborhoods safer by eliminating the “combat zone” feeling, removing graffiti targets and spilling light onto the streets and sidewalks.
