If you’re looking to lease space in the Fashion District, you can download a lease request form, return it to the Fashion Center BID, and we’ll pair you up with the appropriate properties with available space.
Please note that the Fashion Center BID does not maintain a list of available space or current asking rents; nor does it provide specific referrals or otherwise participate in lease negotiations. As a courtesy, however, we will forward your request to property owners and managers in the Fashion District. If any of the companies we contact have available space which meets your needs, they will contact you directly.
